摘要

本篇專文主要在探討在團體中的寬恕議題，有時候寬恕代表放下，在理論上的了解寬恕概念是容易的，但是在真實生活中實踐寬恕的過程並不容易，常常寬恕的第一步是先「寬恕自己無法寬恕」，這是寬恕過程中很重要的歷程，經過這個過程，一個人才能發展出個人的適應能力和自覺能力，也能在面對他人時負起更多的責任。
