台灣一短期心智化為本治療工作坊訓練成效報告

Efficacy of a Short-term Mentalization-based Treatment Workshop in Taiwan

摘要


目的:完整的心理治療訓練,應包含研讀理論、臨床實務的觀察與體驗、實際接案、並接受適當督導、與接受個人治療的經驗。本研究主旨在報告臺灣一「以心智化為本治療模式」之短期訓練工作坊訓練成效。方法:學員參與研究人員設計之「心智化為本治療模式訓練工作坊」,內容包括講座、表達性活動、技巧示範、與體驗性團體。訓練成果採取量化與質化兩種方式加以評估。針對進行研究以設計之李克特氏五點量表與自陳回饋表進行資料蒐集,並就所蒐集的資料進行描述性統計與主題分析方式進行分析。結果:於2014年12月至2015年9月共有99位專業人員完成訓練。研究發現,參與者對課程專業發展滿意度平均為4.27±0.62、課程滿意度平均為4.34±0.63、課程架構滿意度平均為4.33±0.59、整體滿意度平均為4.32±0.62。質性分析顯示學員認為本工作坊確能有助於瞭解心智化的相關理論基礎,並有自信使用學習到的技巧,且有助於增強自我覺察力、人際互動、團體觀察等的相關知能,及改善個人的心智化能力。結論:整體來說,學員認為本工作坊應用多元的學習方式,包括講座、體驗性課程、實務演練與零時差督導等,對專業技能的發展有相當的助益。

Objectives: A well functioning psychotherapy training program is supposed to compose of didactic education, observation and practice of clinical work, professional supervision, and personal therapy experience. In this presentation, the authors report the result of a short-term psychotherapy training workshop, which was framed from Mentalizationbased therapy model. Methods: The workshop was designed and leaded by a senior psychiatrist, whom is also a psychodynamic psychotherapist, and an expert in helping patients with Borderline Personality in Taiwan. The workshop lasted for 12 hours, composed of I. Introductory lectures, titled "Overview of psychodynamic psychotherapy" and "Basics of mentalization-based therapy", II. Experiential courses, including mindfulness exercise, individual interview training and experiential group, III.Real-time, on-site clinical supervision. To assess participants' learning effect and the efficacy of the program, group discussion and feedback questionnaire survey were provided. Results: 99 Participants completed the entire training workshop. Quantity survey showed that rating for usefulness for professional development were 80%-98%, satisfaction of the program were 84%-90%. Quality survey reported that this workshop could help participants have more solid understanding about related theory, concept, more confident in using learned techniques, improvement in self-observation and observing others, the most valued learning effect was the improvement of personal mentalization capability, which was also the purpose of this workshop. Conclusions: Although mentalization is still not an easily comprehend and master concept in Taiwan, not even to practice mentalization-based therapy. However, using multiple teaching elements, including lecture, experiential learning, practice, and supervision, participants can gain can gain certain short-term benefits from this training workshop.
