摘要

本文目的旨在探究臺灣高齡榮民（眷）高就診之現象，以2015年居住於臺北市及新北市老年高就診榮民（眷）為研究對象共收案11位，運用焦點團體訪談法進行質性研究資料收集，並以內容分析方式進行逐字稿之分析與萃取，逐步歸納出重要類別後，形成老年高就診榮民（眷）現象之三大主題，分別為「歲月無情留下的衰退身體」、「醫學專科化下衍生的就醫行為」及「自我對高就診因應之解讀」，並藉本研究結果瞭解整合性照護推行於臺灣高齡榮民（眷）之重要性，並窺視到健康促進於成功老化之概念可能尚需加以強化及推廣，期望本研究結果能提供未來醫療健康照護政策之參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the phenomenon of high frequency medical care utilizations among elderly veterans in Taiwan. The study population were eleven high medical utilizations among elderly veterans in Taipei and New Taipei City in 2015, the focus group interview method was used to collect qualitative research data. On the basis of a content analysis, after gradually summarizing the important categories, the three main themes of the phenomenon of elderly veterans were formed: 1. The declining bodies left by the aging, 2. Medical behaviors under medical specializations, 3. Self-interpretation of high medical utilizations. The results of this study were used to understand the importance of integrated health care in Taiwan for the elderly veterans. The study also found that the concept of health promotion in successful aging may need to be strengthened and extended. The study results want to provide a reference for medical and health care policies in future.
