本研究以問卷的方式,以宜蘭縣各級農會員工為對象,進行農會信用部改制方案選擇的調查,經卡方獨立性與多重比較檢定的結果發現,個人的特質可經由直接關聯性、間接關聯性、及其他關聯性三種管道,影響其未來對信用部改制方案的選擇。直接關聯性方面,學歷與服務單位的差異性會直接反映在改制方案的選擇。間接關聯性方面,共有五個傳導的可能性:其一個傳導途徑是由性別經由權益保障再影響方案選擇,其二由學歷經由心理壓力的因素而影響到方案選擇,另三者是由年齡、年資、職務等屬性反映到目前工作環境氛圍之價值感受,進而影響到方案的選擇。影響信用部改制方案選擇的最後一個關聯性則是對未來改制後工作福利的預期。
The credit department of Farmers’ Associations in Taiwan are extracting from their associations and merging now. In order to understand the choice variation of the employee to the transform plans, the study questionnaire survey was conducted to ten basic Farmers’ Associations in I-Lan. The results indicate that individual characteristics could influence the employee to choose the transform of credit department. There have three channels, direct effect, indirect effect, and other effects, by Chi-square Test and Scheffe multiple comparisons. The difference of education and service unit were direct respondent. Then have five transports probability indirect effect, first was sex through right to choose plans, and second was education through the factors of psychological press to choose plans. Others were age, seniority, and rank respondent to the value of the working environment atmosphere, than influencing plans chose. The last effect of the influencing factors of the transform was the expect welfare in the future.
