本研究目的在探討民宿經營者之人格特質、領導能力對民宿經營績效的關聯性。以台東縣合法民宿經營者為研究對象,以問卷調查法實施,有效樣本為126份;經營績效採用BCC及CCR評估。將人格特質、領導能力及經營績效之資料以SPSS、DEA及LISREL電腦軟體進行統計分析,經分析獲得以下結果:一、民宿經營者人格特質對領導能力有顯著正向影響;民宿經營者愈具有「開放的學習性」、「外向性」、「親和性」的人格特質時,愈能強化領導能力。二、民宿經營者領導能力對經營績效具正向影響效果;民宿經營者愈具環境認知能力、策略思考能力、專業知識運用能力、工作任務管理能力時,民宿經營績效愈高。三、民宿經營者人格特質對經營績效輔以領導能力則具正向影響。
The main purpose of this paper was to study the relationship between the personality and leadership of the vocational accommodation (VA) operators and its business performance. The subjects were 126 legitimate VA operators in Taitung County. Performance was evaluated by BCC and CCR. Personality, leadership and business performance data were analyzed by SPSS, DEA and LISREL software. The results found: 1. VA operators' personality has a significant positive impact on leadership: the more VA operators' personality of open learning, extraversion and affinity, the more leadership they own. 2. VA operators' leadership has positive impact on business performance: the more leadership capacity of environmental cognition, strategic thinking, applying professional knowledge, task management, the higher performance. 3. VA operators' personality, with business performance, has positive impact on leadership.
