臺灣有機農業的認購與永續樂活事業發展

The subscription and LOHAS Industry in Taiwan's Organic Agriculture

摘要

「民以食為天」，農業是最重要的民生產業，認購有機農業是以消費者或企業對臺灣農業的認同，透過創新服務、促進推廣，成為具體的認養預購活動，即親手種植付出時間及心力，體驗土地的力量、農產品的生命活力，來達農地永續經營的實踐。有機農業是臺灣農業永續發展的必然方向，但在消費者意識尚未認同下，更需透過認購有機農業，保障農民收入，保護農地活力。更需政府的輔導措施，積極導入退休族或老人休閒勞動投入有機農業，積極對消費者進行推廣正確食育觀念，來彌補市場機制之不足及有機農業的發展瓶頸。

The aim of subscription of organic agriculture is to raise consumers' and business' identification with organic agriculture via innovative services to promote subscription activities such as supported purchase organic agriculture or DIY through which they would touch the power of land and feel the energy of agriculture products. Therefore, agriculturalland will be sustainable. The government should support these measures. Particularly, the retired and the senior could be harnessed in the promotion to educate consumers to see the healthfulness of organic agriculture in LOHAS industry.
