品質機能展開與兩種品質診斷理論整合作業模式之研究

摘要


傳統修華特(Shewhart)管制圖是針對製程中單一特性個別做監控的統計工具,但在實際製程中往往前製程品質特性對本製程是有影響的。張公緒博士提出之兩種品質診斷理論(diagnosis theory with two kinds of quality),運用其建立的選控圖(cause-selecting control chart),不但能對製程實施管制,有異常時並能診斷出發生於何處,區分前道製程與本道製程的品質責任,即時採取改善措施。本文即在於將品質機能展開(Quality Function Deployment, QFD)中第三階段的製程規劃(Phase III)品質屋(House of Quality, HOQ),經量化計算製程關鍵品質因素項目及其目標值後,再透過兩種品質診斷理論,運用其構建的選控圖驗證關鍵品質因素的目標值及其相關性,以確保有效監控與診斷異常狀況並及時回饋修正。研究結果顯示,選控圖對相關性高的前後製程之異常現象,的確具有診斷的效果;同時亦能提供更多判斷及決策的訊息回饋至製程規劃品質屋,對確保產品設計及製造之穩健品質及品質鏈之附加價值,具有正面的效果。

Traditional Shewhart control chart can be a independent oversee statistical tool for only one characteristic production process. The Cause-selecting control chart from diagnosis theory with two kinds of quality, not only can monitoring the production process but can tell us where the problems are. It also can make difference from quality responsible of present production process or last one, and take correct actions right away.In this research we try to use the third stage production process program HOQ in QFD, to calculate weight of relationship and correlation matrix. In order to get items and objectives value of process key quality factor and its correlative intensity. Then combine with cause-selecting control chart of diagnos is theory with two kinds of quality in practical process to verify the objective value and its correlative intensity. To ensure effective oversee and diagnosis unusual situation can feedback correct in time.The results show that the cause-selecting control chart does can diagnosis effects especially to thoseunusual situations with high relative production process, in the meanwhile also can afford more news ofjudgement and decisions to feedback production process program HOQ.
