解迴旋濾波器及系統鑑別技術應用於心電圖之研究

摘要


本文提出一個時域分析的二階段法,用來偵測心率脈衝序列及心電圖形態模板(ECG Morphology Template)。首先利用一個以高階統計為基礎之解迴旋濾波器來萃取心率脈衝序列,此信號為一準週期性(Quasi-periodic)的非高斯(Non -Gaussian)脈衝序列。然後再將此心率脈衝序列當作輸入信號,而原心電圖當作輸出信號,利用輸入輸出系統鑑別技術估測出心電圖形態模板,此模板為一非極小相線性系統(Non-minimum Phase Linear System)之脈衝響應。另外並同時與二階統計為基礎之線性預測誤差(LPE)波、波器和系統鑑別的二階段法作比較。模擬結果發現,無論是處理電腦合成心電圖信號或實際心電圖信號。前者在解迴旋運算上因能正確偵測心率脈衝序列,故在系統鑑別過程中能完全還原非極小相心電圖形態模板之相對大小及相位。而後者因解迴旋運算不能正確偵測心率脈衝序列,其解迴旋運算輸出為一白序列(White Sequence),故在系統鑑別過程中只能得到相對應之極小相系統大小及相位,而不能正確估計非極小相心電圖形態模板之大小及相位,因此造成後者之心電圖形態模板與真實模板出入頗大。由上述實驗可以証實本文提供了一個時域的有效方法來偵測心率脈衝序列及估計心電圖形態模板,且性能優於傳統二階統計為基礎之線性預測誤差解迴旋及系統鑑別法。相信對醫師在臨床上心率不整之判讀分析及以模板比對方式進行心電圖心臟病癥之辨認助益很大。

Our project provides a time domain analysis method to detect heart rate impulses train signal and Electrocardiogram (ECG) Morphology Template. Firstly, we used a higher-order statistical cumulant based deconvolution filter to extract heart rate impulses train, which is a Quasi-periodic non-gaussian impulses train. Secondly, we consider the impulses train signal as an input signal and measurement ECG signal as an output signal, then we use an input-output system identification method to estimate Morphology Template of ECG. By the process of above two steps, we got the heart rate impulses train signal and ECG Morphology Template. We believe that the methods, we described, will be beneficial for doctors to detect heart rate impulse train signal and to use template-matching way to distinguish cardiac defects.
