摘要


本計畫在於建立紅外線對焊接時之熱分析方法以研究不同聚丙烯管件在各種管徑和各種焊接環境溫度下之加熱時間參數,一維焓方程式用於計算焊接過程中焊接材料之相變化熱傳問題,聚丙烯在相變化時之比熱為依據DSC分析結果,加熱邊界條件為紅外線輻射加熱。實驗結果用以比較初步建立之分析結果而求得一校正因子,其他焊接之熱分析都是使用此校正之方程式。

An analysis model was established for thermal study of infrared butt welding of the polypropylene pipes under various ambient temperature condition. One-dimensional enthalpy equation was used for the phase change heat transfer problem during the welding process. The specific heat of polypropylene, including the phase change region, was conducted according the DSC result. Infrared radiative heating was considered as the boundary condition. A correlation factor was established by comparing the analysis results from the preliminary model with the experimental results. The model with correlation factor was used for the investigation.
