摘要
新政府主張開放兩岸三通，作為釋放維持兩岸和平善意訊息的重要籌碼。此一重大政策，勢必將牽動現有兩岸間的觀光旅遊事業發展，兩岸三地業者對於未來政策走向，莫不投以高度關注眼光，期待能夠採取務實的作法，為市場創造利多。
