摘要


本文旨在研發微波元件狹帶濾波器之製程,並建立製程與通訊電性之關係數據,以改善製作時的缺陷,提高產品的良率。此研究內容主要針對38GHz 微波元件的微細孔鑽削問題作探討,經由精密量測,瞭解鑽孔品質,並輔以MC(Machining Center)與高速主軸搭配作切削,並應用田口直交表來規劃實驗,與物元概念、關聯函數等可拓工程理論來作研製參數的最佳探討。祈能改善真圓度、垂直度、表面粗糙度等,提高微波元件的幾何尺寸精度與穩定度,以確保電性的穩定性,並減低產品之不良率,降低生產成本,增加製造者的競爭力。

This study attempts to research and develop the process of the microwave components with narrowband bandpass filter, and establish the relative data between production process and electrial characteristics of communication, to improve the defect during production, and upgrade the yield of product. The content of this study method mainly concerns about the discussion on precision drilling problem of 38GHz microwave element. Through precision measurement, to understand the drilling quality, and aid with MC(Machining Center) in high speed spindle to perform drilling , and uses Taguchi table to plan this experiment, the idea of matter element, relational function etc. in Extention set, can be develop and prode into the optimal coefficient. expecting to improve the roundness, squareness, surface roughness, etc.ito upgrade the electrical characteristics of microwave element, and reduce the nonconforming proportion of product.
