摘要

本研究旨在針對台北市民對台亡市政府推動垃圾專用袋政策進行研究分析，期建立政策對標的團體的溝通面，並瞭解市民對實際政策的滿意度、認同度及回應性，藉由對標的團體的檢驗，以探討其因果的關聯情形，冀能提供台北市政府有價值決策的參考。

This paper aims at focusing on the research analysis regarding to Taipei City Government’s imposing her citizens on using official garbage bags, and therefore tries to explore the Possibility of building up the communication channel toward the Object group, together with figuring out the degrees of Taipei Residents, satisfaction, recognition, and response to the policy.
By way of such closely exam, we may approach the Relevance of the cause and effect, and expects that this research Can be offered as a valuable reference to TCG’s Decision-making.
