可拓理論在面銑刀加工壽命最佳化之研究

摘要


本文針對面銑刀之切削速度、進給、切削深度及刀具高度等加工參數對鍍層碳化物刀具壽命之影響進行研究。結果顯示進給是降低刀具磨耗的最主要因素、切削速度增大時會增進刀具磨耗,切削深度增大亦有此趨勢,但影響度較小。 本文應用物元概念、關聯函數等可拓工程來評選面銑刀加工壽命最佳化之研究。

This article is to research the factors to the lifespan of the carbide coated cutters. We use the face Milling Cutter as an example and the parameters are the cutting speed, federate, cutting depth, and cutting height. The result shows that the main factor to reduce the cutter abrasion is the federate. The higher the cutting speed is, the higher the cutter abrasion. Also deeper cutting depth causes more cutter abrasion, but this effect is not as much. This research applies the Process Optimization of matter element, relational function etc. maximizing the lifespan of Face Milling Cutters.
