企業商務網站架構之研究與分析

摘要

網路連線速度之提升與無線寬頻之發展使各企業紛紛發展其商務網站，一方面建立其企業識別系統，另一方面則伺機創造新的商務市場。然而有效之網站構建，目前尚無標準。本研究取樣158家企業網站，以產業別、連線速度、網頁表現方式、客服體系、網頁內容及設計、網站親和性及競爭性企業網站其實體營運績效與網路站良窳之關聯性七個大項，進行研究與分析，並區分傳統產業、高科技業及服務業三部份來觀察不同產業別之特性。結果顯示服務業網站整體評價最高。高科技業網站國際化程度最高，同時網頁設計較為華麗。傳統產業網站客服系統表現最差。根據關聯性分析，顯示競爭性企業網路其實體營運績效與網站良窳之關聯性，以服務業網站之關聯度最高。

The enterprises establish their business websites because of the increase in the connection rate and the development of the wireless wide band (WWD). The benefits from them are to set up their corporation identification system (CIS) and to create new business markets. However, no effective structure for the website is standardized at present due to few sample numbers and no discriminating industrial structures. The study focused on 158 business enterprise websites and assessed 7 items including their connection rates, techniques of expression of webpages, guest service systems, contents and designs of webpages, and the relationship between working profit and website operation. Results indicated the websites belonged to service industry accepted the best evaluation in all respects. The websites belonged to high technology industry were most internationalization, and the design for webpages was more gorgeous. The guest service systems for websites belonged to tradition industry were least performance. According to relationship analysis, the positive relationship between working profit and website operation for two competitive websites indicated the websites belonged to service industry was most close.
