塑膠射出成形模具之側向脫模實例探討

摘要


在射出成形製程中,成品於模具中成形後,需藉一套脫模機構,將成品從模 具中脫離。為了使成品脫模後完整無損,模具操控方法的決定就變得相當重要; 特別是當成品具有側面內凹陷的形狀時,脫模動作便顯得複雜,如何能達成迅速 正確的脫模動作,更關係著成形效率及自動化的順暢性;本文除提出一些相關對 策外,並以一實際開發產品---洗手消毒清潔劑供給器之外殼作為討論範例。

At plastic injection forming procedure, for parting work need to utilize ademolding mechanism. Especially its parting work will become to very complicate,when the geometric shape of workpiece include a lateral undercut. This paper presentssome strategies to solve the problem of releasing undercut and increase the effect offorming and the smooth of automation. A case of external shell product with lateralundercut was investigated.
