校園環境噪音之調查與研究

摘要


本校噪音管制區列屬於第二類噪音管制區,日間噪音之周界標準為65 分 貝,為了解本校校園環境噪音之符合度,故針對本校幾處重要之校園環境進行噪 音總體檢。研究結果顯示,操場之平均噪音為79.5 分貝,有學生在活動時之噪音 比背景值多約20%。水塔之噪音,在水塔直徑距離內,未隨距離而變,但受風速 強弱之影響,根據模式推估屬面音源之特性。在教室冷氣噪音方面,當冷氣溫度 設定為弱風時,最佳噪音防制點約為1 公尺處,當冷氣設定為強風時,最佳噪音 防制點應增加為5-10 公尺處。在教室噪音方面,上課與下課之平均噪音分別為81.9 分貝及68.9 分貝,而走廊處之噪音,則為82.2 分貝。至於學生餐廳之噪音,在所 量測之三個代表點,其噪音值皆高於教室噪音,平均為92 分貝。在廁所噪音之 測定方面,部分廁所因上方受冷卻水塔的影響,以致於噪音平均值比其他樓層廁 所有稍高的趨勢。整體而言,本校周界之環境噪音完全符合目前相關法令之標準, 但少數地點之尖峰音量雖未超過標準,但仍須持續追蹤以維護良好之校園環境噪 音品質。

The noise class of China Institute of Technology belongs to the second noisecontrol area. The surrounding standard of day noise is set at 65 dB(A). To understandthe noise quality of China Institute of Technology, we began to investigate the noise inthe campus environment. Results indicated the average noise value was 79.5 dB(A) inthe playground. Greater than 20% noise values were observed when students exercisedin the playground compared to the background. The noise of the water tower was spacesource by model simulation and it was independent to the measured distance. When aircondition in the classroom was controlled at weak-wind mode, the sound safe distancewas 1 meter. Conversely, when air condition was controlled at strong-wind mode, thesound safe distance extended to 5-10 meters. The noise values in the classrooms rangedfrom 68.9 to 81.9 dB(A) under different conditions. Partial toilets near a water towerindicated higher noise value than other toilets. Overall, the environmental noise of ourchool completely conformed to the related noise standard.
