氫誘裂對高張力鋼機械性質的影響

摘要


本研究探討LPG 球槽常用之SPV-50Q 高張力鋼板長時期使用後的顯微組織及 韌性變化。研究過程針對SPV-50Q 鋼板原材及受到氫誘裂的球槽已用材,分別取 垂直與平行於裂縫方向之試片,進行破裂韌性測試,並輔以抗拉試驗及衝擊試驗, 以瞭解受到氫誘裂後SPV-50Q 鋼材的機械性質變化情形。實驗結果顯示,原材受 力方向與滾軋方向垂直時,拉伸強度、衝擊韌性、破裂韌性皆低於受力方向和滾 軋方向平行者,受劣化後之鋼材,垂直和平行滾軋方向的拉伸強度與破裂韌性值 則相差不大,說明受到氫誘裂後之鋼材,機械性質有一定程度劣化,此時其滾軋 方向已不是影響破斷之主要因素。

This research is to study the fracture toughness behavior of SPV-50Q high tensionsteel in LPG pressure vessel. The as-received SPV-50Qsteel, as well as the steel thathas been subjected to hydrogen-induced cracking, will be investigated. The orientationof the fracture toughness specimen will be selected such that the fracture path will bevertical or parallel to the existing hydrogen-induced cracking (HIC) paths. Tensile testwill be performed as well to substantiate the fracture toughness data. It is hoped that at the completion of this research the extend of deterioration inthe mechanical properties of the LPG SPV-50Q steel vessel before and after HIC attack will be more clearly understood. This will provide some valuable date base for material safety in LPG pressure vessel.
