臺灣省高級進修補校第二專長教育實施成效及發展策略研究

A Study on the Effectiveness and the Future Implemental Strategy of the Second Expertise Education Program in Senior High School in Taiwan

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺灣省政府教育廳所規畫辦理高級進修補校第二專長教育的實施成效和未來辦理方式。研究方法包括文獻分析、實地訪談及問卷調查。應用CIPP教育評鑑模式,就辦理背景、投入、過程及結果產出進行成效評估,並據以提出未來辦理的可行策略。資料分質的歸納整理與量的分析,統計方法包括次數分配、百分比、平均數、排序及單因子變異數分析等。研究結果獲致以下主要結論:1.整體而言,受訓學員及學校教師對於第二專長教育的實施,不論在實施背景、投入、過程及結果上,皆持積極肯定的看法。2.學校教師對於實施成效的肯定意見相當一致。學員的意見,則因就讀類科、班別及年齡而有差異,其中以資訊及家事相關類班及年齡在30-49歲的學員滿意度較高。3.規畫及執行過程所面臨的困難與問題,主要是在招生宣導、學員異動、個別差異教學困難、課程規劃、經費及教材編寫等方面。4.在未來辦理的可行策略方面,本研究就辦理方向、學習護照、行銷宣導、招生、降低學員異動及經費等方面提出具體建議。

The study was aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and to propose the future implemental strategy of the second expertise education program in senior high school. The methodology including literature analysis, interview, and questionnaire was conducted. And the CIPP educational evaluation model was adapted to evaluate the implemental outcomes including the context, input, process, and product of the program mentioned above. After data analyses, the main summary can be concluded as following: 1. The second expertise education program carried out at the senior high school have gotten high content with the students and teachers those involved. 2. The students' learning contents to the program appear significant difference by variable of learning subject and age. 3. The problems of the program encountered such as curriculum, financial, the rate of the drop out were identified. 4. The strategy for the future development of the program including program objective, financial structure, curriculum development, and material preparation was suggested.
