利用LBG群聚法之向量量化影像壓縮演算法

Two problems were discussed in this paper. One is the relation between quantities of codebook and image distortion and the relation between quantities of codebook and compression rate. The other is the relation between dimensions of codevector and image distortion and the relation between dimensions of codevector and compression rate. Detailed experiments will explain the former two problems and give good results.
