摘要

商業水準是策略管理中的一個單元，藉由降低製造成本和擴大經濟規模來提高利潤。公司能帶來較好的競爭性，超越同業者競爭，因此比較容易取得競爭市場，這個觀念很重要。以往要建立成本比率，都用個人的經驗，現在可以評估降低比率，這種評估模式，就是本文討論的重點。主要的分析技術，是利用指數方程式，決定參數值，代入評估模式，即可取得成本下降比率。這個比率值能幫助管理者，合理要求生產線，生產成本必須應隨著產量增加，做到合理下降的要求。

The business-level is one part of the strategic management, which can boost profitability by reducing manufacturing costs by exploiting economics of scale. So a company can obtain competitive priority over their rivals that will likely have a significant advantage in competitive markets. This idea is very important: Previously we used the reduction rate based solely on experience, but now we can compute the parameter using estimating decrease manufacturing cost model. This method is discussed here. Therefore, the main aim of this paper is to offer an analytical technique of how to request a reasonable production level. An estimating model proceeds from the exponential functions are applied to determine the curve parameter and rate of decrease. It can help managers to reduce the product cost with increase volumes.
