應用綜合特徵決策法則於類比調變型態辨識

摘要


本文乃針對事先未知的類比調變通訊訊號,提出一套有效之自動調變型態辨識法則。本辨識法則乃在含有加成性白色高斯雜訊之截收訊號中,利用訊號之瞬時振幅、瞬時頻率、瞬時相位等參數,擷取相關特徵,估測接收訊號特徵與原始訊號特徵間之最小漢明距離(Hamming distance),再以綜合特徵決策法則辨識訊號之調變型態,可辨識之類比調變型態包括振幅調變(AM)、雙旁波帶(DSB)調變、上旁波帶(USB)調變、下旁波帶(LSB)調變、殘餘波帶(VSB)調變及頻率調變(FM)等。依據本文所提出之綜合特徵決策調變型態辨識法則,進行模擬分析與性能評估,評估在不同之信號雜訊比下之辨識成功率,並與傳統的決策理論調變辨識法比較,模擬結果顯示,本文所提之辨識法可有效提升辨識成功率。

In this paper, we propose an automatic modulation recognition algorithm which is used to classify unknown analogue modulated communication signals. While the signal is received in additive white Gaussian noise channel, we estimate instant amplitude, instant frequency and instant phase, and extract the relative features from the received signal. First, the minimum Hamming distance between the received signal features and original signal features is estimated. Then we can identify the modulation type using composite feature decision algorithm. The recognized analogue modulation types include amplitude modulation (AM), double sideband (DSB) modulation, upper sideband (USB) modulation, lower sideband (LSB) modulation, vestigial sideband (VSB) modulation and frequency modulation (FM). The simulation results are present to evaluate the performances of the proposed method that are function of signal-to-noise ratio. The proposed method is also compared with the conventional decision-theoretic modulation recognition algorithm. Simulation results show that proposed method is effective compared with conventional method.
