Due to rapid and brief rainfall, despite its abundance, Taiwan can only utilize 20% of the rainwater. In addition, as Taipei is a basin, with a large number of people, there is a serious shortage of water there. The purpose of this research is to present the rainwater storage standard in a small region. It further analyzes the rainwater data in 15 weather stations, to fathom the rainfall differences on the campuses. Moreover, the quantity of rainwater utilization for toilet water is presented as water demand. Categorizing the schools into different clusters in accordance to the characteristics of rainfall in the months with low rainfall, the research intends to propose the rainwater storage model according to the rainwater collection area in the campuses and the changes in the number of rainwater users.
