摘要


本研究以半導體綠光雷射來拍攝全像片,並探討半導體綠光雷射在不同功率下之同調性的好壞,利用邁克爾遜干涉儀觀察半導體雷射在不同功率下之明暗條紋,並作成建議功率,作為拍攝全像的最佳參考功率。文末以雙光束穿透式全像作驗證,計算出在不同底片上所需要的曝光時間,曝光後經過蝕刻程序,記錄不同底片所需的蝕刻時間,最後再重建影像,藉以獲得半導體綠光雷射形成全像的最佳參數。

A hologram made by a tunable semiconductor laser will be discussed in this paper. Coherence variation happens on a tunable semiconductor laser. At first, this variation is tested by Michelson interferometer to determine that the better range of power output by the visibility of the inference fringes. The second, a transmission hologram is made and followed by standard chemical process. Successfully display the reconstructed image by using different photosensitive materials could prove the feasibility of a tunable semiconductor laser.
