偏振光在馬鈴薯澱粉粒檢測上的應用

摘要


本文是利用偏振光的原理來自製偏光顯微鏡,利用馬鈴薯裡的澱粉粒對不同方向的偏振光具有的雙折射特性來檢驗澱粉粒的存在。由於架構簡易及方便,可以作為檢驗澱粉或雙折射特性的一種方法。使用偏光片改變光的狀態再用顯微鏡觀察澱粉粒對偏光片間旋轉角度變化的差異及使用偏光片與使用碘液間之差異並探討其原理。

This research is to use principle of the polarized light to self-made polarizing microscope, use starch grains of potato in different directions of the polarized light have double refraction to come to examine the starch grains of potato. A kind of method to examine that starch grains or double refraction, because the structure is simple and easy and convenient. Observation use the polarizer to change state of light with microscope, and observation starch grains in the rotation angle difference between the polarizers, and observation the difference between the use of polarizer and use of iodine solution and discussion the principle.
