摘要


本文中設計一款具有5-6GHz拒斥頻帶特性的非對稱超寬頻天線,此天線是製作在FR4介質基板上。為了避免干擾WLAN的5~6GHz之頻段,類似半橢圓形接地面上挖出2個半圓形槽口。FR4基板的上層有一非對稱矩形貼片,中間有一橢圓貼片,外來高頻信號源經由微帶線饋入至橢圓貼片上,然後再耦合至外層非對稱矩形貼片上,產生UWB頻寬輻射場型。 本文中設計一款具有5-6GHz拒斥頻帶特性的非對稱超寬頻天線,此天線是製作在FR4介質基板上。為了避免干擾WLAN的5~6GHz之頻段,類似半橢圓形接地面上挖出2個半圓形槽口。FR4基板的上層有一非對稱矩形貼片,中間有一橢圓貼片,外來高頻信號源經由微帶線饋入至橢圓貼片上,然後再耦合至外層非對稱矩形貼片上,產生UWB頻寬輻射場型。 經由實體製作及量測後,得知本款天線在VSWR=2時阻抗頻寬是2.79GHz至12.93GHz,頻帶寬是129%,最大增益是6.64dBi,拒斥頻帶是4.8GHz至6.23GHz。本文中之天線能滿足不干擾5-6GHz無線區域網路的超寬頻系統之需求。

A compact ultra-wide band antenna with 5-6GHz band-notched characteristics is designed. This antenna is built on FR4 substrate. For avoiding the interference on 5-6GHz band of WLAN, a quasi semi-ellipse with two semi-circles are embedded in ground plane of FR4. A asymmetrical rectangular patch with a central ellipse patch are made on the top layer of FR4 and feed by a microstrip line. The prototype are fabricated and measured. The input impedance bandwidth is 129%, and frequency is from 2.79GHz to 12.93GHz for VSWR=2.. The antenna peak gain is 6.64dBi. WLAN band-notched is 4.8~6.23 GHz. This antenna can be used in the UWB systems and cannot interference the 5-6GHZ WLAN systems.
