隨著科技發展不斷地日新月異,台灣產業的轉型與升級,高科技產業,包括積體電路、新材料、通訊、電子、生物科技及新能源等,已經逐漸取代舊有的傳統產業,成為台灣產業的主流。回顧半導體市場之規模,日趨精細、精密,已進入『深次微米』階段;其生產所需之環境要求日益嚴苛;在無塵室所需的嚴苛環境中,如何營造與維持一個作業良好且人員安全無虞之空間環境,兼顧生產製程不中斷及產品高良率控制,無不為半導體廠廠務工程師,所面臨之極度挑戰。 透過本研究之SWOT分析與專家訪談過程,對高科技廠房之防災風險管理能有進一步之瞭解,將高科技廠房之防災風險管理經驗與資訊完整地紀錄下來,並進行問卷蒐集歸納動作以提供高科技廠房防災風險管理之完整調查與分析,探討高科技廠房之防災風險管理,作為高科技廠房相關從業人員參考。
With constant transitions and upgrades in the development of high-tech industries in Taiwan, including integrated circuits, new materials, communications, electronics, biotech, and new energy … etc., high-tech industries have been gradually replacing old traditional industries and becoming the mainstream. In reviewing the scope of semiconductor market, the market has entered the stage of ”deep sub-micron” that is ever meticulous and more accurate. With that, the requirement of its production environment has become stricter each day. Within the strict environment demanded by the clean room, and to give consideration for maintaining continuous processing with high efficient production control, how to construct and maintain a special environment that is good for the task at hand and free of safety concerns for operators is indeed an extreme challenge faced by semiconductor facility engineers. The process of SWOT analysis with professional interviews in this research, a further understanding can be reached on the calamity risk management in high-tech factories. The experience and information of calamity risk management in high-tech factories are recorded completely in this research. The research also gathers questionnaires that were carried out in order to provide complete investigation and analysis of calamity risk management in high-tech factories. This study of calamity risk management in high-tech factories can be a reference resource for relevant high-tech factory staff members.
