Curriculum management not only exists in scientific and accountability way, but also in a creative condition. It consists of internal and external elements around peoples and meanwhile, proceeds to the feeling of inside and outside. This study reviews the theory of Vico, especially the view of poetic wisdom from humanity. According to Vico's analysis, curriculum management should begin to emphasis the power of creative. That is to say, elaborating well-balanced approaches to enforce potential and creative actions is the most urgent task of curriculum management.
