正常年輕男性及女性之音響分析

摘要

背景：聲音嘶啞的患者在主客觀的檢查及描述常常有極大的差異，為了使手術前後及日常音聲研究有一客觀而公正的分析常數，音聲的基礎分析實為一必要的步驟。
方法：以20名正常年輕男性及20名正常年輕女性為檢測對象，用Tiger Electronics公司的Dr. Speech分析軟體作音響分析，比較其基礎頻率、穩定頻率擾動，強度擾動、諧和音與噪音比、S/Z ratio、最長發音時間。
結果：平均基礎頻率男性為141.7 ± 20.8Hz；女性為238.7 ± 28.5Hz，穩定頻率擾動男性為0.21 ± 0.08%；女性為0.22 ± 0.11%，穩定強度擾動男性為1.34 ± 0.64%；女性為1.19 ± 0.52%，諧和音與噪音比男性為25.8 ± 3.4；女性26.3 ± 3.7，S/Z　ratio男性為0.92 ± 0.29；女性為1.08 ± 0.15，最長發音時間男性為19.2 ± 3.6秒；女性為19.7 ± 3.7秒。其中平均基礎頻率統計上有顯著差異，其他音聲參數統計學上無顯著差異。
結論：年輕男性的基礎音聲頻率較年輕女性為低，並且年輕男女性基礎音聲頻率均較國外報告為高，建立音聲指數資料庫除了可以為自己術前術後參考外，將來更可作為院際經驗交流之依據。

BACKGROUND: There is large discrepancy between subjective complaint and physical findings in patients with hoarseness. Acoustic analysis is an essential and objective procedure before and after patient receiving vocal cord surgery as well as scientific study.
METHODS: Twenty normal young men and twenty normal young women without voice problem received voice analysis by Dr. Speech software. Fundamental frequency, jitter, shimmer, maximal phonation time, S/Z ratio, harmonic to noise ratio were recorded and analyzed.
RESULTS: The average age of men was 22.2 years, women 24.1 years. Fundamental frequency was 141.7 ± 20.8Hz in men, 238.7 ± 28.5Hz in women. Jitter was 0.21 ± 0.08%, in men, 0.22 ± 0.11% in women. Shimmer was 13.4 ± 0.64% in men, 1.19 ± 0.52% in women, harmonic to noise ratio was 25.8 ± 3.4dB in men, 26.3 ± 3.7dB in women, S/Z ratio was 0.92 ± 0.29 in men, 1.08 ± 0.15 in women, maximal phonation time was 19.2 ± 3.6 seconds in men, 19.7 ± 3.7 seconds in women. Fundamental frequency between men and women was statistically significant (p＜0.05).
CONCLUSION: Fundamental frequency in young men was significantly lower than young women. These voice data can be used for establishing voice analysis database for pre- & post-operational evaluation.
