Intravesical Explosion During Transurethral Prostatic Resection ─ Case Report and Review of Literatures

An intravesical gas explosion during transurethral resection of prostate with extraperi-toneal rupture of bladder and generalized subcu-taneous emphysema of low abdomen is reported. The conservative treatment is given and the final result is well. Herein we also reviewed the litera-tures.
