摘要
陰道結石多因尿液的滯留，尿液中無機鹽份沈澱導致結石的產生。本文報告一例馬蹄腎併右側輸尿管完全重複及膀胱外輸尿管開口異位導致陰道結石的產生。 該十二歲女孩的右側完全重複性輸尿管一條開口於膀胱內，另一條則開口於陰道前庭外側，引起尿失禁，尿液逆流入陰道內及陰道結石的發生。我們將陰道結石直接夾出，並將異位之輸尿管重植於膀胱內後，病人得以痊癒出院。

We report a case of horsehsoe kidney and extravesical ectopic ureter of right complete duplex system. The ectopic ureteral orifice issued into the vaginal vestibule caused continuous urinary incontinence and vaginal stone formation. The vaginal stone aws extracted using a vaginal forcep. Reimplantion of the ectopic ureter with antire-flux procedure was performed and the urinary incontinence was cured. (J Urol R.O.C., 1:325-328, 1990)
