Self-introduction of an Unusual Foreign Body into the Urethra - Report of a Case and Review of the Literature

A 22-year-old male developed acute urinary retention for one day. The KUB film showed an electric wire with twisted knots in bulbous urethre. The foreign body was removed by external urethrotomy. Suprapubic cystostomy was done for urinary diversion. There was no psychiatric problem in this patient.
