Diagnosis of an Orthotopic Ureterocele Using Color - Doppler Ultrasound
利用杜卜勒彩色超音波診斷單側輸尿管囊腫

A rare case of a single orthotopic ureterocele in a septic child is presented. The diagnosis was made with the aid of color Doppler ultrasound. The uniqueness and advantages of this mode of diagnosis will be discussed. Endoscopic incision of the ureterocele was chosen as a temporary internal diversion for this case.
