Vesical Endometriosis in Detrussor Muscles without Typical Presentation: Report of Two Cases

非典型表現之膀胱子宮內膜異位症：二病例報告

摘要

泌尿道之子宮內膜異位症相當少見，若存在通敘侵犯膀胱。膀胱子宮膜異位症典型表現之症狀為：與經期有關之週期性的血尿、排尿疼痛、急尿頻尿。我們報告兩例非典型表現之膀胱子宮內膜異位症，其診斷均由恥骨上超音波檢查發現有與子宮相連之膀胱壁腫瘤。此兩位病人均接受部份膀胱切除術並順利恢復。術後三個月追蹤之膀胱鏡檢及超音波檢查並無殘存或復發之腫瘤。

Endometriosis in the urinary tract is rare and, if present, it often involves the urinary bladder. Vesical endometriosis is usually manifested with periodic hematuria, micturition pain and urgency- frequency associated with menses. Herein two cases are presented as isolated vesical endometrioma involving detrussor muscles; neither exhibited classical symptoms and both were identified via ultrasonography as a broad-base mass protruding into the bladder lumen and contiguous to the uterine body. Partial cystectomy was performed and the patients recovered well. Cystoscopy follow-up three months later showed no evidence of recurrence or residual tumor.
