摘要

副睪平滑肌瘤是一個緊次於類腺瘤(Adenomatoid tumor)的良性副睪腫瘤，多為單側，而兩側性者則不多見。我們報告一例兩側性副睪平滑肌瘤的病例。一位三十六歲男性主訴患有－無痛性右側陰囊小腫塊，為期已有兩年，似乎有慢隄長大的現像，其擔心有無可能惡性病變。經身體檢查發現兩側副睪尾部均有一約一公分左右的小結節。甲型胎兒蛋白(AFP)和人類胎盤絨毛性激素(hCG)之值均在正常範圍內。陰囊超音波檢查結節位於兩側附睪轉會尾部處，且呈現低回音性。在外科手術切除後，病理報告指出為一兩側性副睪平滑肌瘤。術後三個月，無再發之情形。我們並且回顧文獻。

Leiomyoma of the epididymis is a rare epididymal benign tumor. We reported a case of primary bilateral epididymal leiomyoma and reviewed the literature. A 36-year-old man presented with right painless intrascrotal mass for 2 years. Physical examination revealed bilateral epididymal nodules. Under scrotal sonographic examination, the masses were hypoechoic and located at the bilateral lower pole of the epididymes. Both cx-fetoprotien (AFP) andβ-human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) were within normal range. Solid tumors of bilateral epididymal tails with indeterminated characteristics were diagnosed. The tumors were excised without difficulty, and pathology revealed bilateral epididymal leiomyoma.
