摘要


耳聲發射反應為了耳蝸主動機轉的存在。各家報告的click誘發耳聲發射的出現率,因使用的儀器設計不同而有很大的差別。我們收集52名成年國人之100個聽力正常耳,利用Otodynamic Analyzer ILO88,以click誘發短暫誘發耳聲投射。其中95耳(95%)為”發射存在”,即合乎可重覆性,非線性,及典型發射頻譜等耳聲發射的偵測標準。平均每次記錄所須時間為49.6秒。最後12耳的測量是在安靜、但非隔音的房間內進行,外耳道內的噪音並未增加。本研究顯示,利用Otodynamic Analyze,以click誘發成年國人之聽力正常耳,有很高的出現率,與國外報告一致。此項檢查具有快速、操作容易、非侵襲性、判讀客觀等優點,是理想的聽力篩檢,及內耳狀態追蹤、監視之工具。而且其探頭有很好的隔音效果,本檢果不一定要在隔音室內進行,臨床運用上更為方便。

Otoacoustic emissions reflect the exis-tenceof an active mechanism within the cochlea. Several designs have been devel-oped to record the otoacoustic emissions. However, great variation of detection rate of click-evoked otoacoustic emission in 100 normal-hearing ears of 52 Chinese adults. Recordings from ninty-five ears meet the criteria of “emis-sion present”, i.e., 1) replication of the emission waveform; 2) non-linear saturat-ing responses; 3) typical frequency content in the FFT analyses. It took 49.6 seconds, on an average, to record the otoacoustic emission from each ear. The last 12 record-ings were obtained in a quiet but not sound-proof room. It is concluded that, using Otodynamic Analyzer, 95% of normal hearing ears of Chinese adults in this study showed click-evoked otoacoustic emis-sions. Otoacustic emission measurement is a fast, easy-to-perform non-invasive, and objective method for studying the cochlea at the outer hair cell level. Rather good sealing effect of the probe has also been noted, that makes it convenient for hear-ing screening in the nursery and cochlear function monitoring in the ward.
