摘要

氣道異物是耳鼻喉科重要急症之一，最常見於小孩，大人則多見於口腔或精神疾病患者。其診斷及治療，除因時間的緊迫外，也因其表現症狀的多樣性或非常細微，甚至是沒有症狀，常造成診斷上的不易或失誤。本例為47歲女性，當初異物吸入時，就如同平常嗆到一樣的咳了幾下，再來也沒有發生什麼症狀，也未就醫，及至發生濃烈的口臭併發症，才四處求醫，但仍拖延近年，才診斷出是肇因於左主支氣管內異物，經支氣管內視鏡取出該異物－魚刺後，症狀才得以解除。

Airway foreign body is one of the otolaryngologic emergencies. It is often encountered in children. Aspiration in adults usually occurred in those with oral or psychiatric disorders. It is a challenge to otolaryngologists not only in its emergency condition but also in variant symptoms and signs. Some condition of uncertainty would make both doctors and patients delay is diagnosis and treatment. A 47 year-old woman suffered from foreign body (fish bone) of the left main bronchus and her chief complaint was merely fetor oris. The foreign body and lodged there for about one year without being noticed until bronchoscopy was performed. It was removed smoothly. The symptom of fetor oris resolved soon after the procedure.
