音聲研究室之設立及其臨床應用

摘要

客觀且能重覆施行的音聲功能檢查對臨床音聲醫學而言是十分有意義的。成立音聲研究室以提供多方面的音聲功能檢查，是現代耳鼻喉科臨床上日趨迫切的需求。我們成立音聲研究室提供喉部功能形態觀測、音響分析、氣體動力學分析、及喉肌電圖等音聲功能檢查，以幫助對音聲障礙者之診斷及治療成效之評估。

It is important to have an objective and reliable analysis of phonatory function in the otolaryngological clinic. In the past five years, we have established a voice laboratory to provide many aspects of the examination, such as morphological studies, acoustic analysis, aerodynamic analysis, and other examinations for the patients with dysphonia. We present the methods and instruments in our voice laboratory. The rationale of some examinations is discussed as well.
