摘要
鼻腔牙很罕見，也常被忽略。其常見的症狀包括單側鼻塞、膿性鼻漏和鼻出血。診斷上對鼻腔的白色硬塊需有高度的警覺，輔以鼻竇X光檢查。其治療方式通常可經由鼻腔拔除，使症狀得到改善。本文提出6個經全口攝影與牙科醫師鑑定為額外牙之鼻腔牙病例，敘述臨床經驗，並回顧文獻加以討論。

Nasal teeth are rare and usually overlooked. The common symptoms of nasal teeth include unilateral nasal obstruction, purulent rhinorrhea and epistaxis. Clinically, patients with white mass in the nasal cavity should be suspected and receive radiographic examination. Surgical removal of nasal teeth can alleviate the symptoms and prevent complications. The purpose of this article is to report six cases of nasal teeth and to review the literature.
