摘要
本報告提出兩家族夠有6例的非症候群遺傳性重聽。欲診斷遺傳性重聽，必須合乎下列原則：①幼年期發作；②原因不明；③兩側對稱性感音性重聽；④在家族成員中多發；⑤平衡功能檢查正常。這些病人的聽力檢查結果歸納起來有3特徵：①兩側性，左右對稱性，感音性重聽。②同一家族內，重聽者的聽力圖型一致。③較遲發症者，重聽的程度亦較輕。
