摘要
前庭神經炎的發生率及臨床表徵，近年來的研究與過去傳的觀念有所差異。即；本症的年發生率有減少的趨勢，不僅侵犯末梢前庭器，同時也可能侵犯中樞前庭系統。有些症例在數年後仍會眩暈發作，主因前庭神經並未完全壞死之故。治療模式除急性期止暈止吐外，主張處方簡單，僅給予維生素與benzodiazepine兩種口服藥物即可。

The clinical pictures of vestibular neuritis have changed a lot during the past decade. Fist of all, the incidence has decreased. It invades not only the periph-eral vestibular organ, but also the central vestibular system. Recovery of caloric func-tion is possible in some patients one year after acute vertiginous attack. For the treatment, vitamin and benzodiazepine are recommended, since these can be used as therapeutic diagnosis.
