摘要

復發性多重軟骨炎乃一罕見的疾病。本文報告一38歲女性，以眩暈、突發性耳聾等內耳症狀為始發，併生眼症狀、耳郭軟骨炎、聲音嘶嗄、乾咳及呼吸困難。實驗室檢查呈非特異性結果，諸如：貧血、白血球增加、血沉值增加、C反應性蛋白增加、球蛋白增加、補體（C3、C4）增加、白蛋白減少，其他檢查則正常。經類固醇治療後，病人症狀明顯改善。

A 38-year-old female with relapsing polychondritis initially presented symptoms of vertigo and right sudden deafness. Thereafter, scleritis, left ear perichondritis, hoarseness and dyspnea followed. Labora-tory tests revealed anemia, mild leukocyte-sis, increased erythrocyte sedimentation rate, increased C-reactive protein, increased complements 3 and 4, etc. After medication with steroid, the above symp-toms and signs dramatically resoived within 3 months.
