A 38-year-old female with relapsing polychondritis initially presented symptoms of vertigo and right sudden deafness. Thereafter, scleritis, left ear perichondritis, hoarseness and dyspnea followed. Labora-tory tests revealed anemia, mild leukocyte-sis, increased erythrocyte sedimentation rate, increased C-reactive protein, increased complements 3 and 4, etc. After medication with steroid, the above symp-toms and signs dramatically resoived within 3 months.
