副鼻竇與耳部之白黴菌病－病例報告
Mucormycosis of Paranasal Sinus and Ear - Case Report
摘要
白黴菌病為一種急性且致死率極高的黴菌感染。在此提出－71歲糖尿病患者，同時有鼻腔、副鼻竇及中耳腔之白黴菌感染，並無一般常見的眼部或顱內之侵犯，其電腦斷層表現和一般急性乳突炎並無差別。雖經Amphotericin B及廓創術治療，患者仍因敗血症而死亡。

Mucormycosis is an acute and fatal fungus infection. It mostly occurs in diabetic or immunocompromised patients. The rhinocerebral type is the most common type of mucormycosis. We encoun-tered a diabetic patient who simultaneously suffered from nasal and aural mucormyco-sis. He died of sepsis after the intensive treatment with surgical debridement and amphotericin B injection.
