Nasal septal deviation is a common cause of nasal obstruction Submucous resection operation and nasal septoplasty are two conventional procedures used to treat nasal septal deviation. This study presents our experience of using endoscopic septoplasty to correct the deviated nasal septum. Ninty-one patients received this operation. Two types of septal deviation were classified according to the type of deviation and operative procedure. Nearly all of the patients had satisfactory results with no major complication occurring. We concluded endoscopic septoplasty as a safe, efficient and versatile procedure for treating of nasal septal deviation.
