摘要

麴菌病是鼻竇黴菌病中最常見的，大多發生於上頜竇，單獨發生在蝶竇者並不多見。同時大多數的麴菌病是屬於非侵襲型，病人的預後通常相當的良好。英國的Rowe-Jones皮Freedman在1994年報告3例 “半侵襲性” (semi-invasive)蝶竇麴菌病，在這些病例的病理組織學檢查，黴菌局限在黏膜外，並未侵入組織；晊在臨床上卻表現出侵襲型的行為。本院於民國84年5月間遭遇3例類似的病例特提出報告。(中耳醫誌 1998;33:167-170。)

Aspergillosis is the most common mycosis of the paranasal sinuses with the maxillary sinus as the most frequently involved site. Isolated sphenoid aspergillo-sis is very rare. Most paranasal sinus aspergilloses are classified as non-invasive type. In 1994, Rowe-Jones and Freedman reported three cases of semi-invasive sphe-noid aspergilloses. The histopathological findings revealed no fungal mucosal inva-sion; nevertheless, clinically the lesion manifested aggressive. Three cases of semi-invasive sphenoid asperggilloses were encountered at Taichung Veterans General Hospital in may 1995 and they were presented in detail.
