本研究主要目的在探討如何在規劃自動倉儲系統時決定儲位的數量。本研究是某電器製造公司之實際案例,從過去的銷售資料來決定儲位的規模,而儲位的規模規劃決定了日後的投資,因此是項極重要的工作。本研究首先分析過去的銷售資料,將種類繁雜的產品以市場銷售金額的多寡來分類,先選出一些主要產品作為分析的對象。在儲位安排策略上,除探討「專屬儲存法」及「隨機儲存法」兩種不允許缺位的傳統方法外,本研究更提出「最高平均儲存法」與「分段平均儲存法」兩種允許缺位的方法,加上分析時是先從個別產品資料開始或是從整體產品資料,共提出四種新方法。最後利用格位數、變異係數(C(下標 v))及缺空位的單位成本等三項評估準則來衡量各方法,發現兩種不允許缺位的方法太過保守,所求得的儲位數及成本均過高;至於允許缺位的方法,則可得到較低之儲位數,因在缺位與空位上均作了適度的考量,其成本也較低,不失是一些可考量的好儲存方法。本研究的成果相信可以提供規劃倉儲系統時的重要參考。
The purpose of this study is to determine the number of storage spaces or pallet loads of an automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS). This task is one of steps of designing an AS/RS, and its result will significantly affect the system investment of future. This research is motivated by a real industrial case which plans for a company to build an AS/RS for storing and distributing its products. This study starts with analyzing a past sales record; due to huge varieties of products, the study chooses those products which have better sales records as study targets. In this study, two existing storage location policies: dedicated storage and randomized storage are analyzed and treated as the policies without considering shortages. In addition, this study proposes two policies with considering space shortages, and they are averaging highest storage and interval uniform storage. Three criteria: the number of storage spaces, coefficient of variation, and total cost due to shortages and empty spaces are used to compare various storage policies. This research finds that the policies with shortages consideration have less system storage spaces and less total cost. We believe that the results of this study can serve as an important reference when people design a storage system.
