石膠泥瀝青混凝土力學性質評估試驗法之研究

摘要


石膠泥曆青混凝土(Stone Mastic Asphalt)簡稱SMA在歐洲已使用超過20年間,其即是改變骨材架構以增加路面之抗永久變形能力,因而降低傳統密級配舖面因無法承受高通量所産生之車轍變形。 但目前SMA之相關設計法皆僅發展至瀝青混凝土之配合設計階段[2],而於路面設計方面根本沒有具體之方案,現場之舖面也多以經驗法則來舖築。故本研究將以不同型態之試驗方法,來評估探討SMA力學模式之可行性,且評估其抗變形能力與傳統密級配之比較,以期供未來路面設計之參攷。

The stone mastic asphalt (SMA) has been using in pavement structure for more than 20 years in Europe, which change the skeleton of aggregate gradation to increase the resistance of permanent deformation. Besides it can substitute traditional dense gradation asphalt concrete (DGAC) to reduce rut deformation caused by traffic load while serving as surface course of pavement structure. At present, the development of design method for stone mastic asphalt (SMA) is simply at the phase of mixing design, but there is no scheme embodied to perform the pavement thickness design. Therefore this study adopt different style of testing to evaluate the feasibility of testing model relating to mechanism of SMA while serving as surface course of pavement structure and, to compare the deformation resistance between SMA and traditional DGAC for offering a reference data to the pavement thickness design.
