新型抬舉背帶對身體穩定性與背部、上臂肌肉負荷之影響

The Effect of a New Lifting Belt on Body Stability, Back and Hand Muscle Load

摘要


抬舉(Lifting)是日常生活及工作中最常見的物料搬運方式,也是造成職業性下背痛的主要原因,許多輔具背帶被研發提出,目的就是爲了解決抬舉過程,能降低背部肌肉骨骼的受力,產生保護作用。但一般工業用抬舉背帶之保護效果至今仍未有明確結論出現。本文主要目的在介紹一新型專利背帶之設計並敘述驗證實驗之結果,驗證背帶對肌肉群與身體穩定性的影響。實驗共分成兩個實驗階段,一爲靜態實驗是針對固定抬舉姿勢,在等長收縮下(Isometric Contractions)背帶對背直肌效應的評估;二爲動態實驗是針對抬舉過程中背帶對於二頭肌、三頭肌與背直肌負荷的影響,同時評估背帶對抬舉動作穩定性的影響。實驗結果顯示背帶確實有助於降低等長收縮時的背直肌施力,同時對於二頭肌、三頭肌在不同時間點上皆有降低肌電訊號現象,而且背帶並不會對抬舉的穩定性產生干擾。

Lifting is one of the most common activity in manual material handling tasks. It is the major cause of occupational low back pain. Many industrial belts have been proposed to reduce the damage. Unfortunately, the protection effect has not been clear to date. This paper reports anew design concept of a belt and the result of the validation experiment. It was found the belt reduced the load of erector spinae in the lifting process and the load of triceps and biceps at different lifting segments. In the same time, the belt didn't disturb the body stability when lifting.
