熊衛老師所創的【太極導引】,是條理化、精練化的一套導引術,並融入太極拳、氣功、丹功的精華與妙悟體驗;是一套經由肢體、經絡的纏絞、伸展,達到筋骨鬆柔、神定氣閒、入定入靜效果的身體文化修為,是普羅大衆怡性、養生良方。「導引」的訓練强調內動的氣血在放鬆的體內陰陽互動、自由運行、綿延纏繞不絕,一如天地持續不斷之旋轉,人的氣血隨之旋轉而達天人合一;以「引體」的訓練拓展體內更廣闊的彈性空間,配合緩慢、深長的呼吸,進而控制自身意念,平心靜氣,性情亦漸受影響而趨於沉穩、平靜,因而影響器量、胸襟氣度的開闊及視野的寬宏,是表演藝術工作者的訓練妙方。
The Tai Chi Dowing 'first proposed by teacher Shong Wei is a set of regularized, refined manners of induction that incorporates Tai Chi Chuan, the bodily ether arts, inner-abdomen adjustment designed to achieve a level of unifying enlightenment. It is an art involving certain forms of body movement, the interweaving and stretching of sinews and nerves resulting in the softening of the body with the serene mind and spirit in the corporeally cultural fostering for the quietude as a means of health maintenance. The exercises of this induction consist in the dynamic Yin-yang interaction of the internally churning ether and blood in a relaxed body generated as free actions extending and interlocking ceaselessly simulating the rotation of the universe reflected in a union of man and the void. Broadening a wider, more flexible space within the body through the expansion effect of this induction, and combined with practices of deep, prolonged breaths, this exercise helps one to control one's intentions and soothe his mind so as to attain a more placid disposition and finally gaining a greater degree of compassion and grander scope of view as a means of training for those involved in performing arts.
