我國民初政治發展的制度化－以憲政規範為例
Institutionalization for Our Poitical Development at Early Stage Evidenced by Constitutional norm

When we endeavored to develop the state, we are often faced with unstable system and norm crisis during political development. As a result, The state was in turmoil and instability, the constitution was established to balance political, economic and social order at early stage. This study explores our political situation in the process of constitution-based process affecting system establishment crisis in order to highlight importance of constitutional norm for institutionalization.
