摘要
犯罪嫌疑人剖繪技術的應用在近十幾年來逐漸受到重視。尤其以美國聯邦調查局所成立之行為科學組（Behavioral Science Unit）將此心理描繪技術運用於重大犯罪偵防，成果最為豐碩。另外加拿大皇家警騎（RCMP）運用心理剖繪技術所研發建立的暴力犯罪連結分析系統（ViCLAS）也提供給比利時、奧地利、澳洲、荷蘭及英國等使用，亦均發揮出具體功效。本研究蒐集國內、外相關心理剖繪研究文獻，並連繫日本、加拿大與美國等警察單位，取得該等國家實務執行犯罪分析技術資料，再參酌犯罪學、犯罪偵查及刑事鑑識專家的專業意見，擬定出具有291個分析變項的「性謀殺犯罪剖繪分析評量表」，另再蒐集國內各縣市警察局已破案之性謀殺或疑似性謀殺案件共十七件之全案資料，進行量化分析研究，研究中對於被害人、犯罪嫌犯、犯罪型態、犯罪現場及個案分析等之研究發現和結果，期能提供犯罪偵查及犯罪矯治者參考。

Application of criminal profiling was attached importance recently. In America, the Behavioral Science Unit, Federal Investigation of Bureau, to apply in serious criminal investigation already, and get plenty results especially. In two typical cases, Boston Strangler and Mad Bomber, the criminal profiling specialist described the character and personality of suspect precisely, narrowing the scope of investigation, and solved these cases fast. The Violent Crime Linkage Analysis System (ViCLAS) that developed in the basic of criminal profiling technology by RCMP, had bring exercise effective and apply by Belgium, Austria, Australia, Netherlands and Britain.The study gathers researches & documents related to criminal profiling available in Taiwan and worldwide, and also we contacted several police organizations in Japan, Canada, USA, and etc. to obtain the data of criminal profiling from those countries. Referencing criminology, criminal investigation, and professional opinions from forensic scientists, we come up with a sexual homicide criminal profiling evaluation chart which contains 291 analytical variables. Besides, we further gather all the data of resolved sexual homicides or suspected sexual homicides from all the county police stations nationwide for quantification analysis, and also held interviews with 3 criminals of those for research. The results & findings we get from the research on victims, suspects, crime patterns, criminal scene, and case studies are worthy of reference for criminal investigation and criminal correction.
